For 2003-2007 inclusive, the summer-time periods begin and end respectively on the following dates at 1.00am Greenwich Mean Time:
In 2003: the Sundays of 30 March and 26 October
In 2004: the Sundays of 28 March and 31 October
In 2005: the Sundays of 27 March and 30 October
In 2006: the Sundays of 26 March and 29 October
In 2007: the Sundays of 25 March and 28 October
아 드디어 서머타임이 끝났네요.
한시간 번 기분, 아니 한시간 더 잘 수 있어서 행복한 느낌이 들었는데 그것도 잠시 반대로 곧 오후 3-4 시면 해가 떨어지니 우울모드도 시작이네요.
[/caption]지난번에는 Bamburgh 성에서 바라보았는데 이번에는 반대로 섬에서 바라보았습니다.
Originally called Lindisfarne after the stream which runs into the salt marshes, St Aidan calls the Island ‘Holy’ in his prayer. During the 11th century, in honour of the saints and monks who lived here, the Island became known more frequently as Holy Island. The legacy of its saints still makes it a very special place.

Holy Island lies a few miles South of the Scottish border, just off the Northumberland coast which is one of the most beautiful areas of England. It is home to about 160 residents and welcomes upwards of 500,000 visitors each year.
It is linked to the mainland by a causeway which is covered twice a day by the sea for about 5 hours at a time. It is this feature of intermittent ‘island hood’ which provides a unique lifestyle for residents and an attractive and meaningful experience for visitors.
